However, the sealing cap on the air outlet hole comes off easily – I’ve already lost two. Also, be careful not to over-tighten the lid as I broke the plastic handle on mine. I only use it for solid foods, so it’s still working out for me.

Then I followed the instructions to use boiling water first, which worked better. I pack his lunch at 7 am, and after 4 hours, the food is warmish – not cold but not steaming hot. It’s good enough.
